NITESH PRASAI
Meet Nitesh Prasai, originally from the remote village of Nidhuradin in Taplejung, Eastern Nepal. Despite starting his education in a Nepali medium-based government school, Nitesh's journey led him to Kathmandu for higher studies. .

Since joining Digital Bridges of Nepal (DB4N) in January 2021, Nitesh has grown steadily within the organization. Starting as the Community Outreach and Communication Coordinator, he played a key role in fostering relationships with stakeholders, donors, and the public. He led project installations and conducted onboarding sessions for teachers and students using the Collaborative Learning Environment Center (CLEC) pedagogy. His creativity and communication skills also contributed to designing a Short Course at Kathmandu University School of Education (KUSOED), and capturing powerful visuals and interviews that highlight the stories of teachers, students, and supporters of DB4N.
In January 2025, Nitesh stepped into the role of Nepal Team Leader, where he now oversees national operations, coordinates strategic implementation, and leads the growing DB4N team on the ground. His leadership reflects his deep understanding of community needs, field dynamics, and organizational vision.
With dedication, versatility, and a clear vision for the future, Nitesh Prasai continues to be a driving force in advancing DB4N’s mission and is well on his path to becoming a leader in both social impact and entrepreneurship.
