Is your school or community ready for a CLEC?

A Collaborative Learning Environment Center (CLEC) is more than a computer lab. It's a purpose-built learning space – equipped with laptops, a smart board, reliable internet, and a pedagogy that puts students in the driver's seat. DB4N has installed 20 active CLECs across rural Nepal, each one built in partnership with the local community and municipal government.

If you represent a school, a community organization, or a local government in Nepal and believe your community is ready for a CLEC, we want to hear from you. The first step is simply starting a conversation.

1. You reach out

Fill in the form. Tell us about your school or community, how many students you serve, and why you believe a CLEC would make a difference. There are no wrong answers at this stage.

2. We respond with requirements

Our team reviews every inquiry and responds personally.
We'll share what a CLEC partnership involves – including the co-funding model with local Palikas – and help you assess whether now is the right time.

3. Partnership assessment

If there's alignment, our Nepal team visits your site, meets your community, and works with you and your local government to design a CLEC that fits your space, your students, and your goals.

4. Installation and onboarding

From construction to training, DB4N manages the full installation process alongside your community. Teachers and students are onboarded together – because ownership starts on day one.

About the co-funding model
Every CLEC is built through a shared investment between DB4N and the local municipal government. This structure ensures genuine local ownership and long-term sustainability. Our team will walk you through what this means for your community when we connect.
Start the Conversation
No commitment required. We respond to every inquiry – because we don't want to leave any community behind.
