Jhabindra Kumar Subedi

Jhabindra Kumar Subedi is an educator and community leader with a career spanning science teaching, academic supervision, and school leadership — including serving as Vice Principal of Thrangu Rinpoche’s School for Himalayan Children in Boudha, Kathmandu. He led DB4N’s newly formed Nepal team in 2020, personally signing the Memorandum of Understanding with Kathmandu University School of Education to install the CLEC during the COVID-19 pandemic — one of the most consequential moments in the organization’s history. Beyond education, Jhabindra is a published poet and essayist who has won awards from King Birendra of Nepal and represented the Siraha District in national competitions — a reminder that the communities DB4N serves are rich in culture and talent, not just need.
