With a background spanning UN agencies and international NGOs, she specializes in making sure the right people - students, teachers, local leaders - are genuinely included in how programs are designed and measured. A graduate of Kathmandu University's Sustainable Development program, she brings the kind of field-level accountability that turns good intentions into lasting outcomes.
