CLEC #3 Opens: The Mayor, The Community, and a Room Full of Possibility

In the presence of the Mayor, local officials, teachers, students, and community members, CLEC #3 was inaugurated in Bhimsen Thapa Rural Municipality. The room that Jhabindra Subedi and the Nepal team built is now open.
