UTTSIKHA ADHIKARI
A self-described connector, educator and explorer, Uttsikha possesses a deep, personal passion for learning. With a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Masters in Business Administration already under her belt, Uttsikha is currently pursuing a second Masters Degree in Education at the Kathmandu University School of Education.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Uttsikha is the co-founder of URB Creations, an organization dedicated to assisting secondary students on their education journey. Through online courses, personalized coaching, individual mentorship, and tutoring services, URB Creations is providing young people with the support they need to seize opportunities and succeed. In her weekly “URB Talks” series, Uttsikha helps young people explore the challenges and opportunities in the growing IT sector in Nepal. From discussions with software and civil engineers to lawyers, media-makers and scientists, URB Talks invites viewers to learn and discover the possibilities that information technology is opening up for young people across Nepal.
Uttsikha is Digital Bridges' representative in Nepal, ensuring the effective implementation of our projects, and managing our relationships with our partners. She will also be selecting and collaborating with our local implementing partners. She will ensure that Digital Bridges’ funds are used properly, and that the quality of our CLECs, support services and impact continue to improve and expand. Uttsikha will also be the point person for the impact research project we are undertaking in partnership with Kathmandu University School of Education. We are excited to have Uttsikha on the team and for her to direct her passion and professionalism towards strengthening communities through education.
